According to Small World News Service, it has emerged that over 1,000,000 men have been dumped due to video game obsessions.
Researchers from OnePoll.com have found that out of all of the subjects, 1 in every 2 women fealt jealous of their partners time spent playing. With 4 out of 10 gamers playing every single night, it appears that relationships have developed into a 3 person commitment as opposed to 2.
The study specificed Call of Duty as being the number one time hog of gamers, with Grand Theft Auto and Football Manager coming in second. 7 out of 10 subjects admitted that their partner was opposed to the amount of time they spent playing games, while 1 in 10 admitted to actually skipping a date in order to play.
