GosuGamers.net has released this years winners of the GosuGamer Warcraft Awards 2008. The winners are determinated by a community vote.
In the GosuGamer of the year award, the most prestigious of the awards, Grubby manages to take home the prize with 38% of the votes, followed by Lyn and Moon. The award is given to “a person who has superior gaming technique, good manners and displays great sportsmanship”.
World Elite won the Team of the Year award with almost half of the votes, followed by Meet Your Makers who managed to get a third of the votes. These two teams totally dominated the rest of the teams in the poll. SK-Gaming who came third only managed to get 7% of the votes.
In The Most Improved Player category LucifroN won, closely followed by Happy and TeD. In the most entertaining of the awards, Game of the Year, we saw the most even competition, but in the end the Game between Sky and TH000 managed to squeeze before the match between Moon and FoV, however both matches are worth a seeing.
