CS Qualifies Through NA Gauntlet

From March 5th to March 10th, @ComplexityCS bested 5 different North American opponents in the quest for a spot at PGL Bucharest.

The squad did not drop a map in matches against Aether, Take Flyte, and Chill Guys (whom we played twice). Only on Bluejays’ map pick of Ancient did we falter. Train served as our go-to pick throughout the Qualifier; in the Grand Final against #22 ranked Wildcard, AWPer @hallzerk put up a massive 29-8 performance on the reworked map.

@1grimcs also boasted impressive numbers, opening the Qualifier with a 20-kill half on Anubis CT side, and finishing the BO5 finale just 4 frags short of Hallzerk’s 66. While our last appearance on Nuke went to double overtime, Train and Ancient resulted in relatively clean victories, allowing us to close the series in a 3-0 sweep and ultimately qualify for PGL Bucharest.

The 16-team tournament will begin April 6th.
