Dreamhack Sweden Announces Prize Money

The Dreamhack Sweden event set to take place August 13th to the 15th has revealed the list of prize money for the event. Counter-Strike 1.6 is still the biggest game at the event and QuakeLive has been shuffled into the line-up of titles. Below is the full prize money list for each game.

Counter-Strike 1.6 - A total of 35000 SEK in prize money (~3258 EUR)

1st place: 20000 SEK (~1862 EUR)
2nd place: 10000 SEK (~931 EUR)
3rd place: 5000 SEK (~466 EUR)

Street Fighter IV - A total of 5000 SEK in prize money (~466 EUR)

1st place: 3500 SEK (~326 EUR)
2nd place: 1000 SEK (~93 EUR)
3rd place: 500 SEK (~47 EUR)

Quake Live - A total of 5000 SEK in prize money (~466 EUR)

1st place: 3500 SEK (~326 EUR)
2nd place: 1000 SEK (~93 EUR)
3rd place: 500 SEK (~47 EUR)

Track Mania Nations Forever - A total of 3000 SEK in prize money (~279 EUR)

1st place: 1500 SEK (~140 EUR)
2nd place: 1000 SEK (~93 EUR)
3rd place: 500 SEK (~47 EUR)

Guitar Hero III - A total of 3000 SEK in prize money (~279 EUR)

1st place: 1500 SEK (~140 EUR)
