Partnership Accounts Manager

Description

We are looking for a dynamic individual to join our growing partnerships team and be the day-to-day support on assigned sponsorship accounts. The Manager position, assisting the Director and Senior Director position, will be responsible for supporting  sponsorship accounts, growing accounts and driving success. The team goal is to maintain the standard of the best partnerships team in esports and continue to support and grow the largest revenue driver in the organization.

Responsibilities
  • Manage deliverable execution of sponsorship accounts
  • Communicate effectively with teams both internally and externally
  • Simultaneously manage a high level of detail across multiple clients and projects
  • Demonstrate flexibility and quickly adapt to changes while maintaining high levels of productivity and effectiveness under pressure
  • Work well within a team environment, offering assistance and support to team members whenever necessary
  • Work closely and effectively with other teams within Complexity to produce materials based on both internal and external needs
  • Work flexible hours (including evenings, weekends, and holidays)
  • Travel for events, meetings and execution of partnerships
  • Professionally represent Complexity at all times
  • Assist with sponsorship presentations and meetings (preparing renewal proposals, mid-season and end-of-year recap presentations, meeting agendas, etc.)
  • Support Account Directors in completing various day-to-day tasks (deck building, reporting, spreadsheets, etc.) across multiple partners
  • Able to present sponsorship / partner information to both internal and external team members if necessary
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in account management
  • US work authorization required
  • Willing to work out of Frisco, TX offices
  • Must have general understanding of gaming and esports market
  • Must be detail-oriented and organized
  • Must be able to meet deadlines and follow through on project outline or strategies
  • Ability to multitask effectively
  • Communicate (both written & verbal) in a concise and effective manner
  • Candidate must have previous experience in the area of client servicing, client relations, promotions, event marketing, agency, media, sponsorship or sales
  • Must be customer service and relationship building oriented
  • Must demonstrate high standard of excellence
  • The employee must be able to adjust to changing work hours and locations as needed in light of the strong focus on external communications and relationships.

  • Ability to think critically and evaluate “outside the box” concepts
