As we approach the first day of the LCS Summer Split, coL.LoL is set to face off against team Dignitas for their first opponent. As the 4th place team from the Spring Split, Team Dignitas went on to the Spring Playoffs ending in 5th place over their victory against Team Coast, the team who coL.LoL later beat in the Summer Promotion Tournament to earn their spot in the LCS. With several changes to the roster including ZionSpartan to the top lane, and Shiphtur to the mid lane of Team Dignitas, we do not know just how capable they are at performing well as a team. During the regular season of the Spring Split, Team Dignitas finished 12-16 (Win-Loss), a 46% win rate.
In the jungle is Crumbzz, a player who has been on Dignitas for quite a while now. His favorite champion is Lee Sin, just like Brokenshard, so we will see if this is a top priority pick for both teams seeing that both players are exceptionally well with the champion. As we recall, Brokenshard stole two barons from Team Coast during the Summer Promotion Tournament, and those steals were crucial for their success. With Zionspartan and Shiphtur on the roster, coL.LoL will need to be careful since they are great players who can single handedly change the tides of the game and carry their team.
