Rising Stars and Seasoned Pros to Compete in First VALORANT Tournament of 2021

FRISCO, Texas – December 9, 2020 – Complexity Gaming, one of North America’s most elite and longest-standing esports organizations, today announced a partnership with Nerd Street Gamers to host the Complexity VALORANT Invitational powered by Nerd Street Gamers. Taking place on January 9-10, the event will feature 16 of North America’s best VALORANT teams going head to head for their share of the $10,000 prize pool.

“The Complexity VALORANT Invitational powered by Nerd Street Gamers is a unique opportunity for up-and-comers and established professionals to come together in the first VALORANT tournament of the new year,” said Kyle Bautista, Chief Operating Officer at Complexity Gaming. “As VALORANT gains momentum in the esports ecosystem, we’re looking forward to teaming up with Nerd Street Gamers and contributing to the continued growth of the game’s vibrant community of players and fans.”

Nerd Street Gamers $10,000 VALORANT Monthly tournament, taking place on December 26-27, will serve as an official qualifier for the event. The top four teams from the qualifier will then join 12 directly invited teams, including Complexity’s VALORANT team, in the digital arena for the Complexity VALORANT Invitational powered by Nerd Street Gamers on January 9-10. Both seasoned professionals and rising stars will clash throughout the event, which marks the first VALORANT tournament of 2021.
