Meepins makes a long awaited return

Meepins was an organization that was founded in the earlier stages of Counter-Strike in 2001. They ended up dying in 2007, and they have been quiet ever since. Just recently they have decided to march back into the scene with their 5 original members, as well as a few additions. gK stated, “The first 5 written down are the starting 5.” They will be participating in ESL-Invite and awaiting ESEA placement. We wish them the best of luck as they move forward with Meepins.

I had a talk with gK about the new, or old team, here is what he had to say.

Well, our expectations are to get back to where we once were and challenge the top teams in the country. I believe we will do it. We are all friends since the beginning of the decade and have kept in touch even when we weren’t playing so it wasn’t hard to get everyone back together. We just have the time to do it now and I think we all missed the competition. We may have some BIG news about merging with an organization so keep your eyes peeled.

The lineup consists of:

Keith “gK” Finkelstein (Leader)
Bryan “cobalt” Conway
Mike “blacklisted” Connolly
Jon “broodex” Gibbons
Alex “plexxico” Palmer
Dan “synz” Gerardi
Larry “crock” Ferriola Jr
