Tonight compLexity went against Sway Gaming on cp_gravelpit. The match will be determined on a stopwatch which would be scored using the best of three rounds (bo3) format. One round consists of each team attacking and defending once. You have to win your offense and your defense to score. compLexity started out on BLU side as coL.Reptile, + coL.REP- and coL.TheFragile capped A first. Shorty after, coL.oPlaiD and coL.hubris capped B quickly in less than 2 minutes. A few seconds later after B was capped coL.dummy^, coL.oPlaiD and coL.REP- capped C setting a time of 3:13 for Sway Gaming to beat. Both teams switched sides and Sway Gaming rushed into A capping it quickly. compLexity kept their defense up as Sway ran out of time and could not cap the rest of the points to get a point. compLexity was in the lead 1-0.
This time Sway Gaming was on BLU setting the time for compLexity to beat. Sway captured cap A,B and C in 3:37. Teams switched sides once again and coL.Reptile_, coL.REP- and coL.TheFragile captured cap A. Shorty after, oPlaiD, Reptile.REP-, hubris and TheFragile captured cap B together. compLexity did not capture C in time to beat Sway as coL captured only 2 points. The match went into over time as both teams are 1-1.
During OT, coL was on the BLU team once again and Sway on RED. The compLexity squad together captured cap A quickly. Sway had good defense on B for a while but oPlaiD and hubris captured cap B successfully. Later on, REP captured cap C and compLexity set a time of 5:50 capping all 3 points. Both teams switched sides and Sway Gaming captured cap A quite quickly. compLexity had good defense on B but Sway managed to captured B. As time may have been short the compLexity squad got together and uber rushed C killing Sway Gaming as compLexity was successful in capturing C in under 5:50. The final score was 2-1 in favor of compLexity. Good game to Sway Gaming!
Tonight the compLexity Team Fortress 2 squad is set to take on team Sway Gaming in the ESEA-o Week 3 on cp_gravelpit. Both teams are currently 2-0 in ESEA. Last week Sway Gaming got a 5-2 win over team The Besserman 6 on cp_freight. Sway Gaming is feeling just as confiednt as coL as our very own tf2 squad won last weeks match 5-0 against team Famous Mortimers. The match time is at 11PM EST.
