BY Andrew Miesner / October 11, 2009

An eighteen year old StarCraft player is being charged for manslaughter after his internet connection wouldn’t work which lead to the attack of an innocent fifteen year old girl who was on her way home from a party and laughing with a friend. The eighteen year old attacked her with a kitchen knife. Prosecutor, Jennie Söderberg, attempted to have him tried for attempted murder but the court classified the knife attack as attempted manslaughter as he left his house without the intent to kill a girl. After several stabs, her injuries were declared “not life threatening”. The eighteen year old StarCraft player has now been sentenced to psychiatric care by the Nacka court
