If you are an owner of an xbox 360 you may be in some trouble. According to a Game Informer survey, which surveyed nearly 5,000 came up with the failure percentage of 54.2 for the xbox 360. The PS3 failure rate is 10.3
percent and the wii is 6.8. Also in the survey, Microsoft is the most used console out of the three, which is a reason why they have the highest failure rate.
Along with the highest failure rate, Microsoft also has the least helpful customer support. It could take nearly a month to receive your xbox back from Microsoft for sending it in broke.
The biggest surprise to this survery is that only 3.8 percent said they would never buy another xbox because of hardware problems.
