Complexity Gaming Launches Mobile Monday Online Tournament at Public Opening of GameStop Performance Center

In Partnership with BoomTV, New Online Mobile Tournament Will Feature Fortnite and Largest Ever Weekly Prize Pool

September 13, 2019 — Frisco, TX — Complexity Gaming, one of North America’s most elite and longest standing esports organizations, in partnership with BoomTV – the team that built Dr. Disrespect’s Code Red tournament series – today announced Mobile Mondays featuring Fortnite, a weekly online tournament that will take place on Mondays throughout September and October. The tournament will kick off on Monday, September 16, with a live watch party as part of Complexity’s public opening of the GameStop Performance Center.

Each week, from September 16 through October 14, players will go head-to-head for a total weekly prize pool of $750, the largest ever weekly prize pool awarded for an online mobile tournament. Then on October 21, the top 100 players from the previous weeks will battle for their share of the $1,250 prize pool.

On September 16, Complexity, in partnership with GameStop, will open the doors of the GameStop Performance Center to the public with a live Mobile Monday watch party from 4 PM to 9 PM CT. In addition to all attendees having the opportunity to meet with Complexity’s mobile Fortnite phenomenon, DuckyTheGamer, the first 50 to show up will win exclusive prizes, including HyperX mousepads, limited edition Complexity Panini Cards signed by DuckyTheGamer, and Fortnite Panini Card Packs. Attendees will also be able to tour the space, compete at the Mobile Bar, and purchase Complexity merchandise.
