It’s a busy travel day today as both coL.cs, coL.HS and compLexity Call of Duty part Frisco heading in opposite directions. coL.cs and coL.HS are heading to Jonkoping, Sweden for DreamHack Summer 2018, while #coLofDuty takes the short flight to Anaheim, California for CWL Anaheim!

Format CS:GO

Group stage

  • Two double-elimination (GSL) format groups (4 teams each)
  • Opening & Winners’ matches are Bo1
  • Elimination & Decider matches are Bo3
  • Top two teams from each group advance to the Playoffs

Playoffs

  • Single-Elimination bracket
  • All matches are Bo3

Format HS

  • Open Swiss with top 16 moving on to a single-elimination stage
  • Last Hero Standing BO5 with 1 ban (subject to change)

Format COD

Open Bracket

  • 160+ teams from North America, Europe and Asia-Pacific
  • Double Elimination
  • Best of 3 Series
  • Best of 5 Series in final Winners and Losers rounds
  • Top 4 Winner’s Bracket teams qualify for Pool Play
  • Top 4 Loser’s Bracket teams qualify for Championship Bracket Loser’s Round 1

Pool Play

  • 20 teams
  • 4 pools of 5 teams
  • Best of 5 Series
  • Top 2 teams in each pool are placed in Championship Bracket Winner’s Round 1
  • 3rd Place team is placed in Championship Bracket Loser’s Round 3
  • 4th Place team is placed in Championship Bracket Loser’s Round 2
  • 5th Place team is placed in Championship Bracket Loser’s Round 1
