Detroit, Michigan

Today, compLexity takes to the skies as our Starcraft II team heads to Detroit, Michigan for the Red Bull Battlegrounds Qualifier Series. 128 players, including coL.SC2's QXC, Hendralisk, Moosegills and Midday, will convene for an open, 3-day competition smack dab in the middle of the Motor City. Players will be fighting for their piece of the $25,000 prize pool and a ticket to Washington, D.C. in September.

Format

• Group Stage:
  • Up to 128 players in 32 groups of 4 players each.
  • Groups are played in dual-tournament format.
  • Matches are best of three.
  • Top 2 players of each group advance to the bracket stage.
• Bracket Stage:
  • 64 players in a single-elimination bracket.
  • Matches are best of three until Semifinals.
  • Semifinals & Finals are best of five.
