Post-Game
Tonight the compLexity TF2 squad went against the number one team in CEVO-P, team Pandemic. Tonight’s match will be based on a bo3 (best out of 3). During the first map cp_gravelpit, compLexity had a hard time killing team pandemic. coL was not able to beat pandemics time, therefore team Pandemic picked up the first point in the game. Both team’s switched sides and team Pandemic was on the RED team while coL was on the BLU team. coL capped A in less than a minute. Team Pandemic kept up a good defense on B for a while but coL eventually cleared B and took it over. Shortly after, compLexity ubered up and took C as the time for team Pandemic to beat is about 7 minutes and 25 seconds (7:25). Once again both teams switched sides and compLeixty is defending. Due to technical difficulty we were not able to broadcast the rest of the match. The winner of cp_gravelpit was unknown.
During the second map, cp _granary team Pandemic pushed coL back to their spawn and picked up the first point in the game. During the second round the tables where turned but team pandemic killed all of compLexity and taking over the middle control point. coL continued to defend their last two point but pandemic cleared the way and capped both points. The score was 2-0 in favor of team Pandemic. During the third round, coL came back into the game and pushed Pandemic back to their spawn. Team Pandemic pushed back and fought with coL for a while over the middle control point. Pandemic took over the middle and coL’s two main points picking another point in the game. As the 4th round started, Pandemic took control over the middle control point. Shortly after, Pandemic capped coL’s two main points once again picking up another point in the game. As the 5th round started, Pandemic took over the middle control point once again. complexity attempted to take over middle and was unsuccessful. Shortly after coL rushed and capped Pandemic both control points picking the first point in the game. The first half ended and the score was 4-1 in favor of Pandemic.
As the second half started, Pandemic took over the middle control point. Shortly after Pandemic capped coL’s two main points ending the game 5-1 in favor of Pandemic. Good game to team Pandemic.
Pre-Game
Tonight the compLexity TF2 squad is set to take on team Pandemic in the CEVO-P Season 3 Finals match. Only one team will be victorious and shale be champion. Team Pandemic came into this match with a win against team Dignitas 5-4 on cp_badlands. Team Pandemic is currently the number one in CEVO-P Team Fortress 2 division while compLexity is second. Tonight is Round 6 and this match will be based on a bo3 (best out of 3) which means it will be a stopwatch based map. Team Pandemic is currently 17-3-0 in CEVO-P and team compLexity is currently 15-4-0. Unfortunately, Pandemic will not let coL.TF2 use our new medic, Pure. However, this will be one exciting match so all you TF2 fans out there don’t miss out! The match time is at 11PM EST. We will be bringing you spectator information as soon as it is available for the match. SourceTV will be posted here and in IRC at #compLexity.
