As we centralize and expand operations in Frisco, TX we are always on the hunt for new talent that will take our content, coverage and overall fan experience to the next level. Today we are excited to officially welcome new members to the compLexity family!
Join us in welcoming:
Sovann “Skim” Kim began his esports journey as a writer in the Dota 2 scene. He quickly began to expand his repertoire and became a jack of all trades in regards to content creation. Between live interviews, podcasts and game commentary, Skim has experimented with all forms of media. This experience and flexibility made him a great fit for our creative team.
Zack “Thamadzak” Marchand has been working in the world of esports digital marketing content for the past 3 years. Famous for his viral video work with gaming peripherals brands on YouTube and Facebook video content, he has turned from the traditional agency marketing and has pursued his passion for esports with compLexity.
Paul ‘Dawnshot’ Eagle has been a gamer since getting his first SNES. In high school, he began making videos with his friends and neighbors which he turned into a career path. Graduating in 2011 with a Comm. Media degree from NC State University, Paul found himself working in college sports media. In 2016, after sending a “cold” email (and a prayer) to compLexity – he was able to combine two of his passions, gaming and video production. Now he is a vital asset to the content and creative team!
Patrick “MarvelMayhem” Snipes originally wanted to pursue a career working solely on film, but he immediately changed his interests when he attended the Overwatch Open while working for one of his clients. After experiencing the event, he immediately started honing his creative skillset. Patrick is working on making a significant mark in the esports industry in hopes to pass down his knowledge as an esports college professor.
Kevin Yoo or “Kev” has been a member of the gaming community for the last 8 years. He started designing for various YouTube content creators and streamers. After exploring the esports scene he started gaining interest in being a part of the industry as a designer. He is now currently the Senior Graphic Designer, responsible for creating all art needed for marketing, social media, merchandise and print production.
Join us in welcoming the new members of our family and thank you, as always, for your support!
