Happy Birthday Colton and HelpingHans!

September 22nd, 2018

The compLexity Gaming family would like to wish a very Happy Birthday to Colton “coltonw83” Wall and James “HelpingHans” Whiteside!

Colton began playing Clash Royale a month after the game was released while in his senior year of high school in the Dallas, Texas area. He then moved to California where he decided to attend the King’s Cup tournament for fun. He ended up placing 2nd at that tournament and won $10,000. Since then he has been playing, streaming, coaching, and making videos on CR full time and has never looked back. Colton’s accomplishments include 2nd Place Kings Cup, CRNAO Finalist, 1st Place Gamergy Masters, Top-10 CCGS NA, 1st Place CCGS Invitational, Top-16 CCGS World Final, and Team USA Captain.

HelpingHans is a English university student studying in Japan. Outside of academic ambitions, he is one of the most skilled 1v1 players in the entire Company of Heroes 2 community – with all five factions. Ever since the original CoH 1, he is streaming and roaming the lands of the map with his tanks and infantry units as one of the most feared players. Now, with the support of compLexity, he is looking to become bigger and better than ever. The goal is to become the greatest commander in CoH 2, sparking fear in opponents eyes and hearts.

Once again, we’d like to wish a very Happy Birthday to Colton “coltonw83” Wall and James “HelpingHans” Whiteside!

#coLDota Update

September 11th, 2018

It’s been a couple of weeks since the eighth team in Dota 2’s history hoisted the coveted Aegis and rose to immortality. Even just a short time later, the wheels of the Dota community keep turning, as the quest for the next International has already begun. compLexity Gaming is committed to that pursuit, and improving upon our most recent performance. The Road to Shanghai has begun. The coL Familia is proud to announce that we will be continuing with two of our previous members, as Zakari “Zfreek” Freedman and Linus “Limmp” Blomdin have signed on for another year under the red and black banner.

Rounding out the roster are two veterans of the scene, along with some fresh blood. With Jacky “EternaLEnVy” Mao’s adventures in Southeast Asia coming to an end, he will once again plant his North American roots. The next stage in EternaLEnVy’s hunt for the ultimate prize comes as a throwback to his beginnings- as a position 5 player. Joining him from SEA is a newcomer to the international scene in Andrei “Skem” Gabriel Ong. The carry sensation is one of the best kept secrets of the SEA region and is getting ready for his first big showing in the major leagues.

To complete the roster, we are proud to welcome Jingju “Sneyking” Wu. As one of the old-school players in the North American region, Sneyking made his mark at TI for the first time in 2013 as a member of Dignitas, and followed it up again in 2014. Following an absence from the scene, Sneyking made his triumphant return in the past season, including a strong run at TI8.
