In the last couple of months, compLexity has grown considerably. With the arrivals of a Clash Royale team, a Rocket League team and various new streamers and influencers, coL has become larger than ever. One of those new additions was Michael “Hogman” Hogman – the designated captain of our Fortnite squad. For the better part of the last month, he has represented us faithfully around Tilted Towers, while also keeping an eye out for upcoming talent to build his squad. Today the search comes to an end. We are proud to announce the addition of Cody “Skulley” Toney, Martin “PipKippy” Robak and Sheldon “pupper” Doreleyers to compLexity Fortnite!
Since the inception of Fortnite, the response has been record breaking. In the pursuit of the best possible team to field for the upcoming competitive circuit with 100 Million up for grabs in prize money, we went through countless tryouts until landing on these three additions.
Join us in welcoming the three players to the compLexity Family by following them on Twitter and keeping an eye out on their first streams under the new banner! Thank you, as always, for your support!
In our 15 year history we have been the home of some of the most legendary players in esports history. Over time, many players leave, but in our case, many of them return as well. It’s our pleasure to introduce two returning members to the active Dota 2 roster, as Adam “Adam” Shah and David “Moonmeander” Tan link up with Zfreek, Moo and Limmp for the final push towards The International 8.
For Moon it’s the return to his roots. Moon was an instrumental part of the fairytale story that was our run at The International 5 back in 2015, after which he chose to part ways to pursue a venture which became Team OG. Throughout his competitive history, Moon has always remained close with the organization through friendships established during his time here.
The second man to return, this time as a player, is Adam “Adam” Shah, who served as a coach for the squad prior to The International 7. Adam’s leadership and tactical prowess in Dota 2 make him the perfect fit to fill that void left after the removal of long time captain Kyle Freedman. The Malaysian strategist and former Fnatic player/coach looks to be the final puzzle piece for the team, putting the team on track for The International.
With Adam and Moon joining the team, some roles will be shuffled around as well. While Adam will simply take over the 5 position that was vacant, Moon will take over the offlane role, prompting yet another return – Moo to carry. In previous iterations, Moo has played the 1 position in compLexity and once more it is time for him to take control from the safe lane.
Sadly, with new arrivals come sad goodbyes, as we have to announce the departure of Rasmus “Chessie” Blomdin from the Dota 2 roster. He is now a free agent and immediately available for other competitive opportunities. Just like Moon, Chessie has been a part of this organization multiple times, dating all the way back to HoN in 2012 when Chessie played alongside teammate MoonMeander at the infamous HoN Tour Las Vegas event.
“It’s been a pretty crazy year with compLexity! A lot of things have happened since I joined after TI. We’ve had a super packed schedule with a lot of travels all year and pretty much haven’t had any time off, and on top of that we moved out of our team house in Florida and relocated to new facilities in Texas.
As much as it sucks to leave all of this behind, at the end of the day we didn’t get the results we had hoped for and the team felt these changes were necessary to increase the chances to qualify for TI which I respect. This is a business and your livelihood, and to stay on top sometimes you need to make tough decisions. No hard feelings at all, it is what it is. I will definitely keep playing Dota. I feel good about my skill level and will be looking for a new team with new adventures as soon as possible.
Big thanks to Jason Lake, Beef, Josh and my teammates for the good times. compLexity is without a doubt one of the absolute best organizations in the business and I am very grateful to have been a part of it on and off for the last few years!”
– Rasmus “Chessie” Blomdin
We thank Rasmus for his time spent here and for the great memories, as well as the best of luck in the future!
Today we are announcing a change in our CS:GO division. After extended discussion, the team including players, coaching staff, and management has made the decision to move Peter “ptr” Gurney and Alec “Slemmy” White to backup (inactive) status. We would like to thank Peter for all of his hard work and dedication over the past 9 months as well as Alec for stepping in on such short notice.
We are excited to welcome Shahzeeb “ShahZaM” Khan and Peter “stanislaw” Jarguz to the team. Our entire organization is thrilled to have such talented players join us as we take this roster in a new direction for the remainder of the 2018 season.
Today compLexity is excited to reveal the next piece to our Clash Royale roster with the signing of Michael “Razzer” Roper!
Razzer is a professional Clash Royale player from the Mid West who has been in the competitive scene for about a year. He is a max ladder player who also enjoys creating new decks and play testing in grand challenges. Because of this, he has become a very versatile competitive player. His favorite thing about Clash Royale is how the game brings people together from all over the world, and he greatly appreciates all the connections he has made because of this game. Razzer’s list of accomplishments include a 6,431 trophy high, 550k cards won, and a 2nd place finish at SXSW.
“I am very excited to have Razzer on our team. He is a talented player and a student of the game who constantly experiments and pushes himself to expand his knowledge. His craving for practice and improvement will help to elevate not only his own play, but inspire the whole team as well. His addition will further cement coLCR’s goal of staying ahead of the competition, and being the most prepared team in the league.”
compLexity Gaming arose from the tradition of Counter-Strike 1.6 – to form the best squad and offer the best conditions for players in that game. While we expanded the business into other games over the years, Counter-Strike has always been at the root of it all. That’s why we are proud to announce the next full-time streamer for that game, Melania “Gina” Mylioti into the coL family!
Gina’s past in gaming dates back to 1.6 as well, a game she was introduced to by her family. Coming from a gaming family, Gina grew up around parent’s that played Quake and Team Fortress, as well as an uncle that enjoyed the occasional round of Counter-Strike himself. From that background Gina branched out to become one of the most well known female competitors in the space, competing on the biggest stages for a multitude of teams.
While the competitive fire still burns inside of the Greek-Dutch player, another venture has become her bread and butter these days – streaming. Entertaining her loyal fanbase almost daily with hours of gameplay, she has become a fixture on Twitch. Overall, Melania is a woman of many talents. Competing, streaming, designing and presenting – all are part of her portfolio.
compLexity Gaming is proud to welcome such a driven individual to our family. Give her a warm compLexity welcome over at Twitch.tv and follow her on Twitter.
Today we are happy to announce that we have re-launched the Official compLexity Subreddit! In addition, our fans can subscribe and access an ever-growing selection of “flair” that will allow them to represent their favorite team and/or player.
The past few days have been quite a ride for the entire Call of Duty scene with Rostermania going into overdrive. We’re excited to announce our new squad for Call of Duty World War 2. It’s our pleasure to welcome back Rick “Ricky” Stacy as well as new members Doug “Censor” Martin and Rasim “Blazt” Ogresevic, who will be joining Brandon “Dashy” Otell from our previous roster.
“Today everyone at compLexity is thrilled to announce we have found a new lineup for our Call of Duty division. #coLofDuty is near and dear to our hearts and for awhile it looked like we would need to sit out until the next title. We’re honored and excited that these players have partnered with us to carry on our legacy.”
It is our distinct pleasure to announce that we are adding yet another squad to our gaming family. Today we are boarding the Battle Bus and landing in Tilted Towers as we enter a game that has taken the world by storm, Fortnite! We are also happy to reveal that we have signed Michael “Hogman” Hogman to build and lead our Fortnite squad.
“We are genuinely excited to be entering one of the hottest game titles in the world. Our intention is to contribute to the development of Fortnite as an esport and we’ll help Epic Games in that regard whenever possible. Thanks, as always for your support!”

Today compLexity is proud to reveal the next piece to our Clash Royale roster with the signing of Adrian Piedra!
Adrian Piedra is a Clash Royale pro from Villahermosa Tabasco, Mexico. He began playing Clash Royale during the game’s release when his best friend introduced him to it. Adrian played regularly while he overcame a back injury, which gave him the time required to play at a competitive level. He is considered one of the best players in the game, and has dominated competitions in Latin America as well as around the world. Adrian’s list of accomplishments include 2nd Place CCGS LATAM Spring Season, 1st Place CCGS LATAM Fall Season, 5-8th Place CCGS World Finals, 5th Place King’s Cup, and is a member of the Mexican National Team.
“I am very excited to have Adrian Piedra as the second pillar of compLexity’s Clash Royale team. Adrian is a unique talent, whose passion for the game is infectious. His drive to succeed is matched by an equal drive to share success with his teammates, and he is a player I look forward to sharing many celebrations with in the future. Pairing Adrian and Colton together, both elite players with existing chemistry, is also very exciting. This elite core will instantly elevate future players we add to our team. With Adrian on board, compLexity further establishes that we are not just here to participate. We are here to win, and to win with a team that compLexity fans will be proud to cheer for.”
Today the compLexity Gaming family is honored to add it’s most recent member – Justine “Justine” Wu.
The young streamer has been a rising star in Hearthstone since her first venture into the game only a short time ago. Consistent streams and high ladder performances, coupled with her masterful piloting of the Combo Priest deck, became her trademarks in the community . Those traits paired with a relaxed attitude and the desire to improve every single day make her a unique competitor in this space. Starting the game as a Free-2-Play player, Justine proceeded to grind all the way to the top with limited resources and an unrivaled determination. Racking up HCT points left, right and center, she’s on the verge of qualifying for the North American prelims in her first try this year, a feat that few women before her have accomplished!
“I am very happy to have Justine on board. All of our players respect and believe in her, which is something I personally love to see. This team was built and fostered on the foundation of a strong team unity and camaraderie – I am more than certain that Justine fits right in!”
– Sören “Fantasy” Vendsahm, Assistant General Manager
Now it’s time for the next step in her young career – being a part of a professional organization with the guidance of the best players in the world! The entire compLexity family is looking forward to walking the path to glory alongside Justine, from HCT Prelims to HCT Tour stops down the line.
Give the newest compLexity member a warm welcome on Twitter as well as on her next stream.
